**THE RECRUITMENT RESOURCER OPPORTUNITY**:

- As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be working closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant and/or Managing Recruitment Consultant, who will give you detailed insights into their industry and will provide 1:1 mentoring to enable you to be highly successful
- Ongoing training, development & coaching is in place with a clear development plan so you can take upward career steps when you're ready.

**THE PERSON**:

- 6 months + experience in either a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Account Manager, within an agency environment for this role.
- Genuine passion to build a long-term career in recruitment within a supportive business where you can make great money and grow rapidly
