Area to be covered: Bristol
Remuneration: £30,000 + 1% of all sales uncapped commission giving circa £50,000 OTE

The role of the Area Sales Manager Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:

- Field sales role selling a manufactured range of wall and floor tiles such as: ceramics, natural stone, hard wood, laminate, porcelain and other bathroom related products
- All of your time will be spent selling to builders, contractors, regional house builders / private developers,large end users, architects and specifiers
- Targeting projects within small hotels, leisure centres, public buildings etc
- Once up and running will be targeted to achieve circa £650-£800k
- Dealing with order values between £1k-£100k+ depending on project sizes, with typical orders ranging from £5k-£30k
- Good blend of account management and new business prospecting
- Will use the Bristol branch as a base for customers

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Floor & Wall Tiles with:

- Must have sales experience in the construction industry OR working within a showroom / merchant
- Open on products (doesn’t want anyone from the tile industry)
- Product knowledge can be taught
- Ability to take or information and learn new product portfolios
- Customer focussed, personable character with excellent relationship building skills
- Must be IT literate
