The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting an Apprentice Electrician to join GSM Electrical Fife Limited on a permanent basis. The role is based in Dalgety Bay, Fife. Working as part of a small team, the successful applicant will need to bring a willingness to learn, develop and be solutions minded.

**About the Company**:
GSM are a long-established modern business based in Fife trading throughout Scotland. The company undertake all electrical work in the domestic, commercial, and industrial markets carrying out all aspects of design, installation, maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis.

**As the Apprentice Electrician your key responsibilities will include**:

- Learning from and assisting the lead electrician with different duties.
- Assisting with the repair of electrical problems.
- Assembling and installing electrical circuits.
- Working with panels, conduit, protective devices and switches.
- Calibrating, maintaining, or installing equipment and related devices
- Completing electrical installations and carrying out various maintenance duties.
- Updating work logs.
- Traveling to client sites.
- Communicating with clients in a professional manner.

**Person Requirements**:

- A willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- General Health and Safety awareness
- Flexible with working hours
- A valid driver’s licence or reliable transport is preferred but not essential.
