As key appointments to our finance team, we are currently seeking two individuals to become Head of Finance Business Partnering, responsible for the delivery of exceptional financial and business partnering service that influences the direction of the business and monitors progress against the plan. You will present accurate and insightful performance information that helps drive the business to meet or exceed its objectives. Deliver great control, insight and leadership, translating operational business plans into our overall business plan and advise and challenge senior leaders on financial performance and the risks of delivering operational and strategic plans and objectives.

You will provide proactive and robust financial leadership for all financial issues for your business area, including partner relationships, operational plans, business cases, financial assumptions and financial modelling. By becoming a trusted advisor and working in partnership with your business area, you will actively lead the collation of short to medium term (1 and 5 year) investment plans, interpreting the key drivers and risks to enable preparation of long term (5 and 30 year) business plans, so that we can achieve our business goals.

Working in collaboration with external partners, you will represent Bromford’s best interests with any joint venture partner including but not limited to, serving appropriate boards, attending appropriate meetings, negotiating collaborative working arrangements and sharing risk and reward. You will be responsible for inspiring, coaching and providing quality leadership to your team. We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience of financial information, including explaining finance concepts to non-financial people
- An excellent leader with a track record of getting the best out of people
- A qualified member of a recognised accounting body
- A thorough understanding of appropriate legislation, taxation, risk, financial reporting standards and best practice
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Excellent excel and data manipulation skills

This is a roaming role with an expectation of 2 days per week in any of our offices which are in Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury.
