Hays are working alongside a renowned Logistics and Distribution business in Shrewsbury who are looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing business.
This role is working as part of the marketing team to oversee the implementation of marketing plans - including promotional materials, advertising opportunities and tender submissions
**Your new role
**As Marketing Administrator your role will involve the following:

- Manage stock of sales toolkit (stationary, business gifts, and promotional materials) - managing the reorder as required and a weekly review of archive room stock levels.
- Edit and create accurate product labels, data sheets and information leaflets to brand guidelines.
- Ensure the product showroom is kept tidy and support the addition of new product samples
- Support the delivery of departmental projects - including Arrow's product catalogue and the coordination and scheduling of key account management support activities
- Create and update of web listings - including image editing, content creation and allocation of sub-groups and digital hierarchies
- Manage product sample requests to support internal audits, product photography and sales requirements
- Proof-reading support with tenders and sales proposals
- General marketing administration (reorder of business cards, updating pdf edits) and management of team inboxes.
- Creation of internal marcomms - e.g. Arrow County Times and Weekly Pulse.
- Assist with external events - supporting with creation of resources, generating pre-event engagement and upload of new leads to CRM system.

- Ability to communicate the company value propositions to prospective customers through a variety of content and channels
- Able to interpret data into clear findings and plans
- Highly organised and able to plan a large and diverse range of work
- Ability to create and deliver high quality communication material
- Flexible and able to learn whilst doing with an ability to think innovatively and bring new approaches
- Able to explore, record conceptually with clear findings and be able to make informed decisions
- Highly driven and able to self-motivate
- Digital marketing experience desirable
- Computer skills, including understanding and skill with Company software programme and effective use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, PowerPoint)
- Degree calibre
- Experience working in a professional environment
