**_ Our Purpose_**

The Design and Print Unit produce and provide high quality Design and Print across the Council and for our external customers.

**_ Your Role_**

The Assistant Digital Print Specialist will assist their colleagues to produce high quality materials and support the print unit across the Council and with external customers. Main duties will be responding to requests for printing, providing all aspects of printing work, print finishing functions, job management in-house & external, and operating digital print devices, helping with ID Badge process, liaising with clients in relation to work in progress and designers (external & internal) & external suppliers regarding all aspects of their requirements.

In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to assist in the operational delivery of an effective digital Quick Print Service within the unit and using the authorities MFD fleet when required.

You also be required to assist the Design and Print Service Manager in administration, invoicing and financial system support.
