Night Administrator

NTEX Logistics are recruiting a Night Warehouse Administrator based within their Immingham depot on a rotating 4 nights on 4 nights off basis enabling a good work life balance. The required hours of work would be 18:00hrs until 06:00hrs with an hourly rate of £11.00ph, overtime rate available at £13.00ph.

The successful applicant must be able to work efficiently while unsupervised in a busy transport and warehouse environment, reporting all information to the Warehouse Manager and Terminal Supervisor.

Previous experience working within the Scandinavian Import and Export industry would be advantageous but not essential.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collating paperwork for customers and warehouse operatives
- Identifying and communicating issues to the relevant departments and management team
- Ensuring Health and Safety on site is followed at all times
- Meeting daily tasks assigned by management, relaying any issues observed directly to the management team
- Assist with managing stock takes and yard checks
- Updating drivers and trailers via our internal yard management system
- Liaise with our customs team on a nightly basis regarding holds and statuses of trailers
- Possess a positive can-do attitude towards work
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy
- A professional manner at all times
- Possess good people skills
