Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist customers in selecting deli items and provide recommendations
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Operate deli equipment efficiently and safely
- Upsell products to increase sales and promote specials
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Delicatessen or kitchen environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Ability to work well in a team and provide help where needed
