Property Options is an independent Estate Agency Based in Littleover, Derby.

Property Options Estate Agents Maintenance is looking for a general handyman/labourer.

Will be undertaking work from painting and decorating to fencing.
- Clearing or cleaning general areas
- Shifting furniture or equipment
- Assembling furniture or equipment
- Light plumbing and electrical work.

We have contracts with many landlords and currently growing.

Looking to take someone on, on a self-employed basis or employed basis.

You will be responsible for your own tax if you choose to work on a self-employed basis.

On a part-time basis or full-time basis

Initially 3 to 5 days a week

Will advise on what needs doing on a daily basis.

Will need to travel to various locations within the Derby area.

No tools are needed but desirable.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
