**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Have the ability to create pastries and baked goods by following a set recipe
- Be able to decorate products to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- You will have strong organisation skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and measure ingredients to make dough and batter
- Operate commercial baking equipment including mixers and oven

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience as a skilled baker, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good time management and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work early mornings and weekends. Must be flexible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
