Due to organic growth we are are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team.

**The role of a recruitment consultant will include but not be limited to;**
- Building positive relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements.
- Business development to secure new client business
- Visiting clients to build a stronger relationship and gain a better understanding of the business, their culture and requirements
- Negotiating terms of business
- Advertising vacancies on all major job boards and social media and our website
- Headhunting with LinkedIn
- Preparing and submitting CV's to clients
- Handling job offers - negotiating, salary benefits etc
- General ad hoc duties

**To be considered for the role you must;**
- Have previous recruitment experience
- Be hard working and driven
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be target driven
