**Pure Triumph Woburn**, part of Grange**, **has been trading since March 2009. Primarily a fully franchised Triumph motorcycle dealer. We stock around 70 machines at any one time.

Pure Triumph Woburn also has a large and capable workshop that can support multi-brand servicing and repairs. Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM Aprilia, Ducati, Harley Davidson, BMW, Buell, you name it we do it

We are known for our race bike preparations supporting BSB, TT riders and also our award-winning custom build. Along with our popular in-house café.

**What does a normal day look like?**

A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow

It is a role of variety, autonomy, and diversity.
- Be the liaison between the Guest and the Workshop.**making sure it all happens smoothly**
- Talking to guests about all faults, repairs, and the solutions available to them
- Actively promoting products or services to guests as appropriate
- Taken lead on ensuring that all computerised records are accurate, up to date and clear.
- Uses skill to support guests who are dissatisfied with any matters relating to the Service operation, and develop and deliver a solution drive approach
- Playing a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business as a whole
