**The Opportunity**

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
**The Role**:

- Provide administrative support and maintain documentation to enable effective delivery of team objectives
- Create document templates and develop processes to increase efficiency and consistency within the team
- Provide administrative support in the entry, manipulation and reporting of data
- Act as a point of contact for the team on general queries
- Attend meetings, take minutes, circulate notes and issue agendas
- Coordinate on-boarding programmes for new starters and ensure effective transition into the team
- Manage team communications to include changes in policies and procedures
- Support regional employee visits to suppliers in the UK
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of supplier events
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
**Experience required**
Essential:

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation
- Detail orientated with good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient analytical and problem solving skills, with the capability to interpret data with consideration of functional priorities
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with data management and manipulation
- Excellent IT skills - particularly with Microsoft Office & Excel
- Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

Desirable:

- Some previous experience working in an administration role
- Proven track record of demonstrating logic and analytical thinking
- Existing knowledge of working with finance processes, venue booking and system usage
- Extensive data management skills
