About the School - SEN TA / LSA

Starting in at the earliest opportunity, this large specialist SEN school that focuses on children who have severe Autism and learning difficulties is looking to appoint several T.A's who will work in small classes, supporting students on a one-to-one basis. The students in the class have complex needs and can be challenging but highly rewarding to work with. These students react well to calm and dedicated characters who can help them succeed by finding out the way they learn and then helping them to understand the lesson accordingly.

Set in a large building and grounds, designed for students with special needs this school has consistently been Ofsted graded at the highest level. The school is totally inclusive and offers every student all the help they need to achieve their very best. The school has built a relationship of trust with the parents of its students who are fully involved in school life at every opportunity.

As a highly progressive school the opportunity to develop and train to reach your career goals are on offer so those who are serious about developing within an SEN setting are highly encouraged to apply.

Ideally having worked in a SEN School would be an advantage although the school provides full training and development regardless of what stage your career is.
