We are a North-East firm passionate about creating design-led, luxury kitchens, bedrooms and home offices for our clients. We project manage the whole process from initial concept to completion.

Due to further expansion, an opportunity has arisen for the right person to play an important part in our forward-thinking, fast-growing, focused and friendly team, based at our new, state-of-the-art, two-storey showroom in the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate. We need a confident, hard-working, organised, multi-tasking person to join our team.

**Role**

Oversee smooth office operations.

Manage the reception area and welcome clients and guests.

Organise meetings and schedule appointments as required.

Maintain filing system.

Place and follow up on orders in a timely manner, ensuring swift arrival to tie in with the scheduling of onsite works.

Act as communications relay to ensure appropriate communications are circulated to all relevant staff.

Operate and maintain office equipment and replenish office supplies as required.

Updating of website and multi-media platforms.

Research to support the main functions of the business.

Management of petty cash with accurate recording of funds in and out.

Preparation of relevant office documents and reports as required.

**Working Hours**

10am - 2pm Monday to Friday (flexibility available)

Possess experience of working in an office environment.

Relevant qualifications preferable.

Proactive approach.

Strong time-management skills.

Knowledge of general administrative procedures and office equipment.

Ability to multi-task.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.

Problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, including management, colleagues, clients and suppliers.

Exemplary English skills, including spelling and grammar.

Attention to detail.

Good working knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions, including MS Office Suite.

Good interpersonal skills.
