We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who is highly motivated and organised with the ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Our client based in Nuneaton are committed to the supply, support and training on all their Point of Care systems for use in the NHS or in Private Medical facilities.

This role is a permanent role directly with our client and an excellent opportunity to join their friendly experienced team

Key Responsibilities:

- Checking incoming stock
- Communicating with and chasing suppliers
- Picking/Checking customer orders
- Producing delivery notes/labels
- Working with shipping agencies like DHL, FedEx, DPD etc
- Arranging collection and transport of goods
- Producing, querying, and resolving delivery exceptions
- Stock take
- Creating purchase orders for management approval
- Monthly stock take adjustments after management approval
- Analysis for ordering from suppliers
- Producing Commercial invoices
- Take the initiative to identify and resolve problems as they arise to facilitate the smooth running and continuity of all products

Working Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 Friday 09:00 - 16:00
- Forward thinking, Positive / Can Do attitude
- Conscientious, reliable, with good attendance and timekeeping standards
- Honest, trustworthy, able to work to an SOP unsupervised
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Flexible and calm when working under pressure
- IT literate, ideally with experience using systems, such as SAPB1, Microsoft Word/Excel
- Ideally have demonstrable experience of working successfully within a Warehouse & Distribution environment
- Possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Experience in working to tight timelines
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Excellent Planning, organising and prioritising skills

No qualifications required further on the job training will be provided
