This Part-Time Administrator role is based in the companies UK office in Chesham and offers a salary of £15,600, working Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm.This is an integral role as you will support the continued growth of the business, working closely with Sales, Service and Support teams. Customer experience is key, so you must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.In the role you will play a key role as the office-based link helping organise the sales team out in the field.Responsibilities include:
- Youll work closely with the team, booking their travel, hotels and flights and manage and coordinate all office-based elements of the sales department
- You must be able to build strong relationships with your colleagues and liaise with the Sales Team to ensure sales opportunities are captured and actioned on the CRM system
- Excellent organisational skills are key, as youll be monitoring equipment on-site with customers and checking customer contracts and flagging expiry dates and lapsed contracts to the relevant person so these can be reviewed
- Other support youll offer the team will include the creation of quotations, matching PO numbers and resolving price discrepancies and queries
- You will liaise with the oversees Marketing Department to produce and distribute marketing materials, so a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- You will offer general administration and back up support to team as required and help coordinate incoming calls and visitors to the business
- This role will pull on your organisational skills as you will support with organising events and exhibitions in the UK and EMEA
