FP&A Analyst
£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + study support + hybrid working
Aila is excited to be exclusively partnered with a leading, fast-paced international recruitment business in Berkhamsted on the recruitment of an ACCA/CIMA studier as they look to hire an FP&A Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will support the business with the collation and interpretation of insightful financial analysis and aid the production of monthly management accounts. You will be a clear communicator with confidence to speak with seniorstakeholders and consultants in the business.
You will have the ability to work well under pressure, have a methodical approach to work and be diligent and professional with excellent attention to detail. It is also essential that you have already had exposure within finance and have worked within a similaranalytical position with the ambition to progress and develop further.
Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciling monthly Net Fee Income of c. £10m sales and c. £8m of cost of sales between various income streams; Contract, Permanent, Consulting and Management Fees)
- Managing the recognition and control of two income streams reconciling, posting income accruals/releases, and ensuring balance sheet integrity
- Preparing and distributing the production of weekly forecasts/KPI reports
- Reporting on actual results and forecasts for various business units
- Aiding the production of monthly Board Reports
- Updating and creating various operational reports for different Practices within the Group

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience with management accounts and have worked in an analytical role previously. You will need strong Excel skills and if you have used Power BI that would be a bonus.
