The Junior product designer will support the rest of the team while gaining valuable first
- hand experience in conducting user research, facilitating collaboration sessions, and experimenting with solutions.

The Product design team collaborates with stakeholders, managers, designers, researchers and development leads to create and optimise some of Future’s brand Go.Compare. This means developing and building experiences that help meet user needs and connect our customers to their interests.

- Passion for user centred design and improving the user experience for customers
- Express a keen interest and understanding of the latest digital and UX trends
- Desire for learning, gaining insights from user research and creative problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure, with some tight deadlines requiring rapid, solutions and effective decision making
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Self motivated, able to work independently but also as part of a team

The expected range for this role is £25,000 - £27,000

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
