**Quality Engineer
- ** Permanent Position**

**Are you a Quality Engineer? Do you have experience within the Aerospace industry? If so, our client is a leading manufacturing company who design and produce custom thermal management and motion control products. They are looking for someone who hasstrong quality experience and knowledge of the aerospace industry, who will ensure quality standards are met.**
**Quality Engineer**
- Responsible for release of Product in accordance with EASA Form 1 Requirements (CAA Part 21 and 145), FAR 145 and Certificate of Conformity of all products from the business site, including delegating responsibility during absences (following a period oftraining).
- Produce and submit First Article Reports to customers and validate incoming supplier reports.
- Monitor, review and escalate internal product quality issues when necessary.
- Ensure any issues are solved in line with the standard processes, to ensure action is implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality metrics.
- Be responsible and maintain quality from Customers, and where necessary delegate responsibility to others.
- Lead and host audits carried out by customers and third parties.
- Carry out internal audits in accordance with Company programme.
- Ensure health and safety and company policies are always adhered to.

**Quality Engineer**
**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within a similar Quality Engineer role.
- Experience working within the aerospace industry.
- Understanding of AS9100, Part 21, FAR 145, FAA standards and Certificate of Conformity.
