Barista and Sandwich Artist

We are a brand new shop. Specialising in Swedish and Nordic goods. We will be serving classic Swedish treats and Sandwiches.

**Your job role is following and you will be responsible for the following**:
Preparing and serving consistently high-quality hot drinks at speed and helping out making fresh sandwiches. We also work with beans from local artisan coffee roasters. **Latte art is a must** You will also be responsible for replenishing stock and ensuring products are presented to a high standard.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager and supervisors to resolve the day-to-day issues which may occur.
- Ensuring that food and beverage operations are an integral part of the visitor experience that reflect our brand.
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service with high presentation standards that consistently exceed our visitor expectations.
- The promotion and responsibility for health & safety and food safety.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:

- Previous experience of working as a Barista in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have good interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator
- The ability to maintain good team working relationships, within team and wider
- Able to work flexibly, with regular weekend and bank holiday working, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
