**Overview of role**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our Head Office team based in Leicester, supporting the General Manager within areas of financial control. You will enjoy following process that leads to supporting our customers to make timely payments.

**Duties include**:

- Chasing overdue payments in line with company policy
- Taking payments over the phone
- Generating and analysing reports of missed payments
- Sending reminders to customers when payments are upcoming and overdue
- Resolving payment issues and effectively managing payment plans
- Updating customer accounts accordingly
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Escalating advanced debt in line with company policy

**Is this role for you?**
- You will be driven by following processes.
- You will have superb attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You will have experience of working in an office environment, with English and Mathematics at GCSE level (Grade C or above).
- Working days to be agreed between Mon-Sat
- Permanent position
