**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision of Students**:Provide effective classroom management and supervision in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

**Deliver Pre-Set Work**:Facilitate the learning process by delivering pre-set lesson plans, maintaining order, and creating a focused and engaged atmosphere for students.

**Behaviour Management**: Proactively manage student behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.

**Building Relationships**:Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the overall well-being of the school community.

**Administrative Duties**:Undertake administrative tasks related to cover supervision, such as registering attendance and providing feedback to teaching staff.

**Flexible Support**: Be prepared to assist in various departments or year groups as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the school.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in responding to the changing needs of the school.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting the development of young people.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £100.00-£130.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
