The Product Lead will work directly with our CPO and the wider Product team in defining our product roadmap. In many ways, we define our solutions from scratch - this requires out of the box thinking and a high degree of innovation.

We’re looking for someone to influence and inspire; to drive collaboration, alignment and create understanding for our internal teams and clients. You will take the lead in turning nothing into something.

Junction is a B2B multimodal travel ecosystem, connecting travellers with a vast network of providers, resellers and partners with a single API. We introduce a new marketplace for the industry, where content personalisation, convenience and flexibility is available through a single interface.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of an area of our product suite, ensuring total alignment with other Product Leads and the wider business
- Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy from a value, functional and high-level technical perspective
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to gain a detailed understanding of client requirements, and integrate these needs seamlessly into our product roadmap
- Prioritise deliverables based on user feedback, market analysis, and available resources
- Creating new demands by identifying and addressing customer pain points
- Customer-centric product development, delivering exceptional value and satisfaction
- Foster a collaborative and innovative product culture, empower team members to have autonomy to deliver outstanding products while remaining hands-on
- Identifying opportunities, emerging trends, and technology advancements to drive innovation and stay at a competitive advantage
- Advocate for the product team's needs, providing regular updates, removing roadblocks and managing expectations
- Continuously drive improvement and efficiency in collaboration with Design, Engineering, Delivery and other key teams to deliver innovation within defined timelines

**What we’re looking for**:

- Above all, mindset and drive - willingness to challenge, to deliver tangible results and desire to ‘push the envelope’
- Extensive experience working in the Travel industry
- Established background leading a team launching software or services from idea to implementation
- High degree of proficiency in prototyping and iterative development
- The ability to connect the dots, concept creation with a strong believe that everything is possible
- Individual initiative, personal accountability, understanding of software development but not stuck to a certain methodology
- Innovative thinker, generating and championing groundbreaking ideas
- Visionary mindset, anticipating market trends and customer needs
