Trainee Baker

Hoxton is a fast-growing company who over the last few years have opened eight Bakehouses which sell our delicious Artisan Handmade Pastries, Sourdough Bread and Hoxton’s Fresh Roasted Coffee range. We are looking forward to expanding over the next few years to include more Bakehouses, Online Delivery and Wholesale.

An exciting opportunity for a Trainee Baker has opened in our bakery in Southampton. We are seeking someone who is passionate about bread baking. You will be part of a friendly and busy team providing a professional service.

You will have:

- A positive attitude
- Be reliable
- An eye for detail for cleanliness
- A desire to learn the craft of artisan baking

Duties will include:

- Mixing doughs and starter
- Scaling up and Shaping
- Baking
- Making croissant and sourdough bread
