Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering a high quality service to brokers, solicitors and customers.
- Releasing completions funds to ensure that they reach solicitors in time for completion.
- Providing telephone support as required to ensure customer service standards are maintained and managed.
- Work closely with Post Offer to ensure any legal requirements, post offer, are met.

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience/knowledge and qualifications set out below:

- Previous work experience in a mortgage admin or underwriting role within financial services
- Knowledge of FCA regulation on residential mortgages
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel in particular)
- GCSE's in Maths and English
