**_We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our HR department in New Malden as an Interim HR Business Partner, on a six month fixed-term contract._**

We are HR department of 9 professionals and support located in UK, Germany, Netherlands and China

**Role Summary**

Provide professional HR support partnering with business leaders to ensure engaged workforce to deliver business success. This role will also have direct report(s).

**Role Responsibilities**
- Acts as a Business Partner for the employees and leaders in the business unit, coaching and advising all levels of leadership on engagement, talent and change management
- Manage employee relations cases including restructuring, performance management, grievance and discipline
- Proactively support the delivery of business / HR processes and actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks and positive employee experience
- Compensation and benefits for UK organisation including merit planning, bonus payments and off-cycle promotions
- Support talent acquisition process and recruitment of key talent
- Develop, implement and administer employment policies and procedures in line with corporate policy and legislative changes
- Support the Global Employee Engagement Survey, delivering training to leaders and supporting their presentations to teams
- Facilitate and lead on HR and wellbeing related internal training sessions
- Oversee UK Company Benefits

**Global activity lead**
- Lead on L&D offerings including LMS, performance management and mentoring
- Process efficiency and improvement
- Support wellbeing strategies with the business, supported by the international wellbeing team
- Support Finance with the payroll project transition

- Demonstrable strength in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with leadership, employees and HR colleagues
