Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schematics: Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the premises are in good condition.
- English: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents or visitors when required.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Logic Controllers: Familiarity with logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes.
- Electrical: Basic electrical knowledge for handling minor electrical tasks.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills when supervising maintenance staff or contractors.
- Supervising: Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities on-site.
- Welding: Basic welding skills for minor repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role is advantageous.
- Qualifications: A qualification in a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Organisation Skills: Be well organised to manage maintenance schedules efficiently.
