- Key duties:_

To manage refurbishment, renovations, and assistance with office moves/relocations.
Being first point of contact in reception.
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, taking messages when required.
Facilitating a smooth handover for new starters and casual staff at beginning of their shift.
Performing reconciliations according to Testronic internal standards.
Purchase & Procurement.
To manage order lifecycle.
Organizing invoices and assisting the Finance department.
To be responsible for budget and spending control.
To validate Timesheets for staff.
Facility Management.
Support function to business operations for the complete facility.
Schedule, coordinate and supervise office arrangements and adaptation works.
Manage accommodation and utilities for offsite/embedded staff.
Couriers’ management/coordination.
Vendor Management.
Company Event management.
Cooperation with other sites and business lines.

**Proven experience in office/receptionist/administrative/ customer service roles.**
**Fluent English (oral & written).**
**Able to work independently.**
**IT literate
- experience in using Microsoft Office.**
Excellent interpersonal skills (communication & listening skills, empathy, networking, negotiation skills).
Accuracy, attention to detail and pride in great work.
A positive, proactive, and creative thinker.
A team player who will deliver exceptional service to Clients and colleagues from first contact.
