**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling job postings
- Coordinate and carry out interviews

**Requirements**:

- Previous recruitment experience - Proven billings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to and ability to build your own 360 desk within one of their markets
