The Children's Clinical Research Team support NIHR adopted studies at NUH and cover a broad range of specialities from 0-19 years of age. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and conscientious team player to join our busy office. The role primarily is to support the team in data collection and entry, but other key research activities and some administrative tasks will also be required (see job description). Attention to detail is key for this post and you will be responsible for planning your own workload. As a team we deliver high quality research and you will be part of this.

Full training will be provided and tailored depending on your experience.
Main duties of the job
To facilitate accurate data collection for the Children’s clinical Research Team onto both remote data entry systems and into pre-formatted clinical report forms.
The post holder will receive and check documentation, reports, patient information and will process it appropriately, within departmental/study guidelines. This includes entering information on to the appropriate IT system, and retrieve information as and when required.
Have a responsibility for the data collection for multiple disease sites; which will vary according to each specific portfolio. And to play an active role in the research activities.
To work with the Clinical Research Team to assist in the delivery of high quality research
