**Purpose of the role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated induvial to take the reins in maintaining and enhancing our marketing campaigns through our existing websites. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of our online platforms, combining your creative flair with a keen eye for detail to elevate the user experience.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be collaboration with the marketing team will be integral to driving the overall success of our online presence. If you're a web aficionado with a passion for cars, digital presence & marketing, we invite you to join us and play a key role in shaping the future of our online landscape.

**Role responsibilities**

**WordPress Website Management**:

- Regularly update and maintain WordPress websites to uphold optimal speed, user experience and security.
- Implement the latest plugins, themes, and features to enhance website functionality.
- Collaborate with the design team to incorporate graphics and promotional elements as needed.
- Manage and optimise server infrastructure, ensuring seamless website performance by monitoring health, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive measures for optimal functionality.

**Google Ads Campaign Management**
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Conduct keyword research and leverage data to optimise ad campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies & budgets as needed to achieve objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads best practices.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on website performance, including revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in WordPress website management
- Experience managing and improving server infrastructure
- Proficiency in Google Ads is highly preferable, but not essential.
- Consistently searching for ways to improve current digital assets and processes.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
