Customer Communication Change Consultant

**About us**:
Direct Line Group is one of the UK's largest insurance companies and home to some of the best-known brands including Direct Line, Churchill and Green Flag.
We are looking for a Customer Communication Change Consultant to join our Customer Communications Team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will be based from our London site and you will come into the office two days a week.
The Customer Communication Teams vision is to "Deliver multi-channel customer communication changes at pace, that are accurate and help our customers and DLG." The team manages transactional and in-life customer communications, across a variety of platforms, for all brands and products.
**What you'll be doing**:
- You will complete updates to pre-printed transactional customer documents, using InDesign.
- You will complete stock management of printed inserts and booklets working with print suppliers and the Logistics team.
- You will raise PO's on time and reconcile these against budget.
- You will manage TAG expiries to ensure that there are no non-compliant documents in the public domain.
- You will manage supplier relationships and document change processes.
- You will complete art-working changes to regulatory and customer documentation, including creating new booklets, inserts, letters, envelopes etc.
- You will maintain and manage the master document asset library, to ensure we hold a single source of the truth.
- You will look for innovative ways to improve the way we communicate with customers to improve their journey and experience.
- You will ensure documents always comply with regulatory guidelines and correct any failures as soon as possible.
- You will offer guidance and support to Document Change and Delivery Consultants and other members of the team.
**What you'll need**:
- Good stakeholder management is required.
- Basic art-working skills using a Mac and the Adobe suite of products, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Broad knowledge of the operations within the insurance or similar industry is desirable.
- Good use of JIRA and Confluence
