*Early Years Teaching Assistant - Ruislip*

We are seeking a Early Years Teaching Assistant to work within a school in the Ruislip area. In this role as a Early Years Teaching Assistant you will be be required to support pupils and help them with their early stages of learning and development.

You do not need previous experience within a school setting as a Early Years Teaching Assistant but you will ideally have previous experience working with children in some capacity to be considered for this position.

*The Role: *
- As a Early Years Teaching Assistant you will need to work in a school setting supporting pupils with their learning
- You will need to be able to work inside and outside the classroom with pupils in 1:1 or small group settings
- Work with the class teacher to help creat fun and engaging lessons for students
- Help children progress with their initial learning and development
- Contribute towards a safe and stimulating learning environment

*Requirements: *
- Available fulltime, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm.
- Excellent communication skills and active listening skills to motivate pupils to learn is essential as a Early Years Teaching Assistant
- As a Early Years Teaching Assistant you'll need to be flexible and open to change when working on different activities
- Have a bubbly personality to connect with children on a personal level
- Either live in Ruislip or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
