Upvc Fabricator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components to create various products. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, welding skills, and the ability to work with power tools and hand tools.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required materials and fabrication methods
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment to weld and join metal parts together using stick welding techniques
- Use power tools and hand tools to grind, sand, and smooth metal surfaces
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that finished products meet the required standards
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication techniques
- Proficient in stick welding and other welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Experience in assembling and fabricating metal components
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in metal fabrication
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus
