Our client, based in Alton, Hampshire, provides a specialist restoration service, trusted for all levels of insurance claims, including Standard and Bespoke properties, High value insurance claims, High Net Worth and Technically Complex Projects. They arelooking for a Data Analyst to be responsible for the production, analysis and reporting of Management Information for key stakeholders which includes but not limited to Operations within the Field team, Claims team and Content team as well as their key clientson a monthly basis.

Provide monthly reports to key stakeholders, utilizing the online claims management system (OCMS) to established requirements and produce monthly reports to set deadlines.

Data Analyst Responsibilites
- Work with third-party IT providers to create and produce reports to meet the requirements of the key stakeholders
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing and cleaning data
- Work directly with management to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of the data.
- Identifying trends and patterns in client data, particularly any anomalies in the reports.
- Review the available data sets and work closely with teams to understand what would help their promotion of the business, decision making or operational capability.
- Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets
- Work with key Stakeholders to develop and produce key Operations Reports covering Key Performance Indicators along with any other measure which will support performance and decision making.

Requirements and Experience
- Graduate or equivalent in Math’s, Economics, Statistic or Computer Science or previous experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Previous experience developing macros in MS Excel.
- Experience in PowerBI is a real plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A good understanding of general Insurance Market would be an advantage.
- Numerate and confident with conducting analysis with a logical approach.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with SQL would be an advantage.

This role is paying £26k to £28k - Monday to Friday.
