Brook Street Ltd are pleased to announce an amazing opportunity within MOD - High Wycombe Facility for an Air Personnel Casework. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday at an hourly rate of £14.08/hr

**Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to**:
Provision of relevant, timely advice to Chain of Command (CoC), unit p-staff and others in HQ AIR on all disciplinary and administrative action and SIs.
- Monitor casework within your Area of Responsibility (AOR), whether being staffed at unit level or within Cmd, using all means at your disposal, and highlight any issues to CoC.
- Ensure all cases within your AOR, whether staffed at unit or Cmd level, are done so expeditiously and accurately, adding value in terms of APC advice.
- Ensure that APC advice is provided in conjunction with other SMEs (RLO, DResSec) ensuring a unified Cmd approach.
- Ensure the APC database, JPA and e-dossier provide accurate record management.
- Conduct APC led briefs to various training courses, current and future Service Discipline staff on all matters concerning disciplinary and administrative processes.
- Maintain SOPs for your nominated processes, highlighting changes to all APC members in a timely manner and recommend improvements to policy.Provide Service Discipline specialist comment on ministerial correspondence.
- Generate Management Information and identify trends/analysis.
- Support the executive CoC within AHA1.

**Role requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to analysis data and present in a written format
- ** Desirable**: previous military experience or SC clearance

**Pay Rate**: £14.08/ hr

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - 37 hrs per week - initially on site on a reg basis for training purposes, but then could work with some flexibility.

**Duration**: 9 months, with extension possibility

**Location**: 1 Site, RAF High Wycombe, Walters Ash, Naphill, Buckinghamshire, HP14 4UE
