Interim Finance Business Partner

London based (Bournemouth)

3-6 months

£400 - £500 day rate - Umbrella

Cedar is thrilled to be partnered with a leading media agency looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to support their commercial decisions. We are looking for a qualified professional to act as a trusted advisor providing insights to non-finance management teams to aid in understanding the financial implications of current performances and future opportunities. The successful incumbent will be responsible for translating financial information to ensure effective implementation of commercial strategies and decisions.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Drive and deliver the analysis and reporting on revenue, cost, and profitability.
- Actively monitor budgets and forecasts and provide insight on variances.
- Communicate, drive and deliver the production of annual business planning and budgets to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Actively advise on key issues and variances on forecast and budget performance in order to contribute to key decision making.
- Identify and implement process and control improvements.
- Analysis of commercial initiatives across bids, new product launches and R&D investment
- ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA
- Commercial awareness and proven analytical ability
- Proven ability to influence and drive change
- Ability to translate raw data into concise information for non-finance stakeholders

Due to the urgency of this role, applicants are required to be available at short notice

The role offers a hybrid working scheme with 4 days in office and 1 from home
