A hard working individual with an interest in catering is required to work as an assistant to the main fryer at a busy fish and chip shop on Friday and Saturday evenings (4pm - 8:30/9pm) and Sunday daytime (9am - 2:30pm)

They will be responsible for assisting the fryer with preparation, cooking and cleaning at the end of the night.

Sundays they will be required to prepare chips and fish cakes as well as performing general cleaning duties.

There is an opportunity to earn more hours and to progress to taking frying shifts of your own in the future.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.44 per hour
