We are looking to recruit **Warehouse Operatives** to support our growing team based at our site in **Wellingborough. **We have a variety of shifts.

Based on an any 5 out of 7 rota the below shifts offer the following rates

Basic rate of pay is £11.08 per hour. The following premiums apply:

- **£13.23ph** is paid for hours worked between 18.00 to 06.00
- An additional payment of **£1.54** is paid for each hour worked between Friday 22.00 to Sunday 22.00.Based on a full-time, any 5 out of 7 rota the below shifts offer the following rates:

- **06:00-14:00: £11.47ph**:

- **14:00-22:00: £12.61ph**

We have the following full-time shifts available:

- **04:00-12:00**:

- **6:00-14:00**:

- **12.00-20.00**:

- **14:00-22:00**

Full time hours contracted to **37.5 hours per week** working any 5 out of 7 days. This will include working weekends on a rotational basis.

Our warehouse operates **24 hours per day / 7 days per week** including **weekends and bank holidays** so it’s essential that you are **flexible** and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

**The Role**:

- Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
- Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
- Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
- Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
- Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard
