Warehouse Team Leader

Miriad Products & Quest Leisure are leading suppliers of equipment to the UK caravan, motorhome and garden centre industry, and due to our continued success we are looking to recruit a permanent Warehouse Team Leader.

**Salary**: £28000.00 per year with upto £1000 per year bonus

Role Overview:

- Update paperwork for the team
- Supporting the shift managers with managing the warehouse team
- Ensuring all MHE equipment is operational and relevant paperwork updated
- Supporting with shift handovers
- Conducting team briefings when required, along with daily Customer Service briefs
- Deputise for warehouse managers for cover when required
- Running the daily orders for picking and despatch to ensure SLA'S are met
- Confirming delivery paperwork and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with completion of paperwork for deliveries for export
- Strong relationships internally with our Customer Service team to ensure high service levels maintained
- Conduct staff performance reviews, including sickness and absence management
- Manage workload throughout the team to ensure efficiency
- Assist with training and development of the team

**Requirements**:

- Team Leader experience in a fast-moving environment
- Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Drive, determination and enthusiasm to achieve operational requirements.
- A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work
- Computer literate
- FLT licence desirable - training can be provided for the right candiate
- Customer 1st orientated

Hours of work: 40 hours per week. Working hours between 6am to 10pm.

Working hours to be agreed.

Holidays: 23 days per year plus all bank holidays. Plus additional days for long service.
