Job Function

You will work alongside our team of Technology Specialists to gain a wealth of experience on the job, both in our outlets and on farms across our area of responsibility. Our team provides installation, support, expertise and training for the suite of Technology Solutions available through our franchises such as John Deere, Solsteer and Kuhn Farm Machinery. Working with the latest in technology such as machine telematics, automation, agronomic data and GPS guidance fitted to all kinds of agricultural and turf machinery in an ever-evolving industry, no two days are the same.

What are we looking for:
Essential Duties
- Install, setup & optimise technology products and services.
- Learn to operate and demonstrate the latest John Deere equipment and Precision Technology.
- Assist customers and employees with Precision Technology troubleshooting on farm and remotely using our dedicated support app & technology support line.
- Help to deliver our dealership’s Technology Solutions Strategy.
- Execute the plan to ensure ongoing Precision Technology mainstreaming across all departments at the dealership.
- Serve as the internal and external technical specialist for precision farming & turf products.
- Implement the adoption of modern technology and product offerings.
- Assist our sales team with all aspects of our technology offering.
- Develop and deliver employee and customer training for John Deere Precision Technology Solutions and advanced precision farming & turf products.
- Provide solutions-based services to customers.
- Promote & deliver our Sherriff MRTK network.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Working Hours
- Standard working week - Monday to Friday 8-5 + Weekends when needed. (Rota based in the busy time of year)
- Expected to work extra hours in the busy periods.
- We would ask you to be flexible when it comes to answering support tickets and calls using our support app & hotline system.
