**About us**

The Twenty Two, a luxury lifestyle hotel with an all-day neighbourhood restaurant and a private members’ club, on London’s historic Grosvenor Square.

Set within a listed Edwardian manor, this boutique property (and once single-family home) has a rich history of decadent hosts, candle lights and shadows to become a westside hide-a-way for creative cohorts and a venue that promotes the opportunity for ideas to grow.

We are look for a Head Bellhop to join our team who is bold, driven towards excellence, guided by intuition and grounded in empathy.

**The role**

Our Head Bellhop will successfully lead the Bellhop team to deliver high levels of effortless guest service at all times, ensuring that all guests consistently receive prompt, professional attention and personal service. In addition, the Head Bellhop will act as a representative of the Property to local residents - taking responsibility for street activities and engaging with the local community.

**About you**

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about people and culture, whose attention to detail is second to none and who thrive on surpassing guest expectations. You will have experience leading, developing and mentoring a team as well as using Fourth Hospitality (rotas & payroll).
