**RP Technologies**, based in the West Midlands, specialises in aluminium tooling and injection moulding.

Proud to be a British manufacturer, we produce low-to-medium volume plastic injection moulded components from our production facility in Kingswinford.

Put simply, it means that we work in close partnership with our customers to manufacture exactly what our clients have requested - no changes, just a simple solution that works.

Since being founded in 2005, the company has gone from strength-to-strength and now employs 50 people at its head office in the West Midlands.

Due to continued success, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Plastic Moulding Sales Person**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and target new customers and build strong relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure sales growth and profitability.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our services and network with potential customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- In depth knowledge of all types of plastics
- Plastic prototyping and injection moulding experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the sales of plastic injection moulding services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- A self-motivated and industrious individual who can work independently.
- Willing and able to work in Kingswinford, West Midlands
