**£10.91 Per Hour**

Our well-established client based in Witney are looking for Factory Operatives to join their team due to the high demand of work.

**Factory Operatives Role and Responsibilities**:

- To manufacture timber frame components as trained to meet pre-agreed standards in safety, quality, and productivity
- Clear and accurate recording of information required to maintain the production systems
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues on the shop floor, within the logistics team and Factory Management
- Report issues of a health & safety nature, problems with equipment or materials, etc.
- Support product and process improvements within the factory
- A background in joinery, timber frame manufacture or timber frame erection is beneficial but not essential
- Evidence and experience of working with hands
- Good knowledge and grasp of basic arithmetic and the ability to understand technical drawings is beneficial

- Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 16:30
- Friday 06:00 - 12:00
