Our client is looking for a QHSE Coordinator on a contract basis, located in Aberdeen.

**ROLE**

To administer the Company’s Health & Safety requirements including all related Human Resources issues. Also responsible for administering the Company’s Training & Competency System.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Health & Safety
- Compile Accident Statistics on a monthly basis
- Maintain Accident/ Incident Spreadsheet and Forms
- Assist with HSE related aspects such as instructed by line management or Directors

Human Resources Administration
- Assist in developing Human Resources policies and procedures.

Training and Competency System Administration
- Implement the Company’s Training Plan
- Ensure Staff Training Records are updated

Quality Management Administration
- Material Certification examination
- Assisting in document control
- Provide cover in QA Administrator’s absence
- Assist in conduct of internal audits
- Maintenance of Q-Pulse Database
- Assist in the management of the Quality System
- Additional duties as required by line management or Directors

**REQUIREMENTS**
- General Administration Experience
- Standard Grade/ O Grade Level Education
- Health & Safety Internal Auditor
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint Skills
- Scanning Skills
- Acrobat Reader Skills
- Using The Internet For Work Purposes
- Effective Communication Skills
- Accurate Typing/ Data Entry
- Attention To Detail
- Good Telephone Manner
- Good Communication Skills:

- Written & Oral
