A successful global manufacturing business supplying major OEMs across various industries is actively seeking a CMM Operator to join its ever-growing team. This is a client that prides itself on its state-of-the-art machinery and fair work/life balance working ethos. The successful professional will earn a competitive hourly rate (outside IR35) and will have the freedom to work flexible working hours.

**CMM Operator duties include -**
- Measurement of products using hands-held measuring equipment & CMM.
- Identify and report any repeating quality concerns.
- Report and document any quality defects.
- Keep systems well maintained and audited, to ensure that calibration plans are easily accessed.
- Work effectively with all other team members, ensuring containment/corrective actions are implemented.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have the following -**
- Experience working within a similar role (CMM Programmer, Metrology Engineer etc)
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
- Able to operate CMM machinery (PC-DMIS etc).
- Relevant mechanical engineering education (HNC/HND), or training.
