**Assistant Greenkeeper**

**Duties**:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Irrigate lawns, flower beds, and other green areas to ensure proper hydration
- Use hand tools and power tools to build and maintain existing features
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Maintain general areas by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing
- Operate mechanical equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers and any other required to perform general duties.
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to keep the property clean and presentable

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks
- Ability to build and maintain landscape features such as pathways and retaining walls
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail for maintaining the appearance of the property
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract, Internship

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
