Duites:
The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective coordination of the Void delivery team, liaising with Families, Supply Chain, Suppliers, supervisors and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships. To understand, implement and adhere to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) policy and strategy

Administration
- To liaise with all families and supply chain to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all move in faults
- To be professional, courteous and punctual in all dealings with families, supply chain and our external partners
- Ensure all move in faults are monitored and that all relevant work is completed to the required standard within the agreed timescales
- Liaise with families, supply chain, suppliers, supervisors and sub-contractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed times
- Ensure all materials and labour required is available prior to starting works.
- Work closely with the Void Supervisor and Area Manager to ensure continuation of work
- Liaise with Void Supervisors, Area Manager, Operation Manager and Directors prior to arranging any meetings with client
- Produce all relevant documentation relating to Void Delivery accurately and in a timely manner
- Responsible for updating reporting system/database in a timely and efficient manner to ensure accuracy of customer database
- Maintain an efficient, effective filing system
- Monitor and report to the Area Manager the performance of the supply chain
- Report any continually occurring problems encountered by the Void Supervisors Manager to ensure these can be rectified and the source of the problem identified
- Effectively liaise with management, void supervisor and supply chain to ensure minimum response times to move in issues
- Close out the move in faults
- Attend meeting and take minutes and distribute accordingly
- Attend training days with clients and consultants
- Formulate reports on scheduled properties
