**About the Care Assistant role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for you at Percurra Chelmsford, supporting our elderly and/or vulnerable clients to live as independently as they can.

We are a reputable, domiciliary care company with a **'GOOD' CQC rating**, supporting our clients to live their lives their way. We cover Chelmsford, Billericay, Ingatestone, Brentwood and surrounding areas.

**What we’re looking for in our Care Assistants**:
Experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given to all new Care Assistants. All we ask is that you are enthusiastic, kind, and patient, with a big heart

Full UK driver's licence, own vehicle and flexible availability is essential.

We have genuine opportunities for you to gain care qualifications, whilst being surrounded by a wonderful team. You will be very well supported in your role as a Care Assistant and have the opportunity to increase your earnings with overtime.

**Weekly schedule**:

- Mornings 0700-1200
- Day time 1300-1700
- Evenings 1700-2300
- Two weekends per month **(essential)**
